How To Order Awards Online |
- Please feel free to use any one of our 3 fast and easy ways to place your order TODAY:
- 1. Online ordering is quick and convenient. Select your favorite designs, choose your quantity and click .After you are ready to checkout, you will be guided through 4 easy steps to complete your order:
- In Section #1 you will be prompted to enter your billing information and your shipping information if they are different. You will create your own account for FineAwards.com private use only. By creating an account you will receive added benefits like online project status update, order tracking, reorder reminders, loyalty discounts and much more.
- In Section #2 you will be asked to enter your Credit Card Information. You will also choose the date you need your awards by and the method of shipping you would like. You must complete this step to order online or if you prefer you may also order via Email, Phone, or Fax. (see below). We accept Visa, MC.
- In Section #3 you will have3 Easy Art options.
- - You can send artwork later. This step will allow you to proceed without attaching artwork or engraving information. You may send this information at a later date and proceed through the checkout. This will ensure your pieces are ready when you are. Simply email your artwork to info@a-zawards.com at anytime and reference your order number in the subject line when you are ready.
- - You can choose to have one of our expert award artists contact you directly to discuss custom artwork. After your order is placed, someone will contact you within 24-48 hours to review.
- - Or you can attach your logos and text. You can attach up to 2 files in this section. We recommend your files be smaller than 2MB each, otherwise please email directly to info@a-zawards.com
- After you have completed this section, please hit (Next Step Button)
- You are almost there! Step #4
- allows you to review your order one last time before proceeding. This by no means prevents you from making changes later on; it simply sends your order to us and officially begins the process. You can send changes anytime by emailing info@a-zawards.com. You can only cancel your order the same day it was placed by 5:30 pm EST. Once you havereviewed your order and are ready to proceed, simply hit the (Place Order Button). You will be issued an order number, be able to print your receipt immediately and you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- 2. By Email You can also place an order by sending your requests to info@a-zawards.com Just include the award item number you would like for your event, any personalization required and you're in hands date. If you are including artwork files, feel free to add them as attachments. Please include billing address, shipping address and contact numbers.

- 3. By Phone/Fax, customer assistance, we invite you to call toll free at: 1.888.534.2098 Monday through Friday 9:00am to 6pm EST. Please see general information for our standard turnaround times and vector artwork requirements.
- Please Fax your order using one of the following templates PDF or WORD. Please fax to 770.448.1298
- We accept Visa, MC Credit cards
- Once you place your order online you will immediately receive an order confirmation. For order placed via email or phone, you will receive your order confirmation by end of business day. Please notify your project manager if any discrepancies. Once you have received your confirmation, any changes to your order must be made via email to info@a-zawards.com.
- Important Note: we will never proceed with production until we have your final approval of the artwork. This virtually eliminates all errors and also ensures that you receive exactly what you ordered.
